1 cup tahini
1/4 cup maple syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups rolled oats
1/4 cup ground flax seed
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 scoops Chocolate Balanced Meal Shake
3/4 cup dark chococlate chips
1/3 cup pistachios
Add tahini, maple syrup, vanilla, oats, ground flax seed, salt, and Chocolate Balanced Meal Shake to a food processor. Pulse until ingredients are combined.
Add chocolate chips and pistachios and pulse until chopped and incorporated.
Shape mixture into golf ball size balls. Yields around 20 balls. (If mixture is crumbly, add 1 tablespoon of water at a time until mixture holds together).
Finish with flaky sea salt if desired.
