Warm Lemon Dill Potato Salad

2 pounds potatoes, cut into 1-inch peices
1/3 cup diced red onion
2 1/2 teaspoons Dill Blend
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 cup sour cream
1/3 cup mayonnaise
In a large saucepan, cover potatoes with cold water and bring to a boil. Cook for about 10 minutes or until potatoes are tender and drain potatoes in a colander.
While potatoes are boiling, soak chopped onion in cold water for 15 minutes, then drain in a fine mesh strainer.
Combine remaining ingredients together in a large bowl. Toss warm potatoes with remaining ingredients and serve.
