1 tablespoon Natural Grapeseed Oil
2 medium yellow onions, chopped
4 cloves garlic, chopped
2 (15 ounce) cans no salt added great northern beans, drained and rinsed
2 tablespoons Chili Blend
Heat Natural Grapeseed Oil in a large saucepan over medium heat. Saute onions and garlic until onions are soft and translucent.
Reserve 1 cup of beans and set aside. Add the chilies, remaining beans, chicken broth, and Chili Mix to the saucepan. Bring to a boil, reduce to a simmer, and cook for 15 minutes.
Simmer for 20-30 minutes.
