Heat a 12-inch nonstick skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat.
In a small bowl, combine Memphis Dry Rub with Natural Grapeseed Oil. Coat turkey in the mixture. Cook in the preheated skillet or grill pan for 5 minutes. Flip and cook for 5-6 minutes or until fully cooked: 165°F. Top each turkey cutlet with a slice of cheese and cook until melted.
Spread Sweet Onion Jam on buns. Assemble sandwiches with turkey, lettuce, and tomato.
