2 scallions, sliced
1 pound mushrooms
Preheat oven to 350°F. Combine ground chicken, ginger, scallions, and Teriyaki Sauce in a mixing bowl. Mix thoroughly.
Remove and discard the stems from the mushrooms. Use a small spoon to remove the gills from the insides of the caps. Fill the caps with the chicken mixture. Place the mushrooms on a lightly greased or parchment lined sheet pan.
