1 yellow onion, diced
2 (15.5 ounce) cans black beans, drained and rinsed
1 tablespoon Taco Seasoning
3/4 cup Red Enchilada Sauce
Heat a large nonstick pot over medium-high heat. Add ground beef, yellow onion, and 2 tablespoons taco Seasoning and cook, stirring, for 5-7 minutes until beef is cooked through.
Add beans, diced tomatoes, corn, crushed tomatoes, Red Enchilada Sauce, beef broth, and remaining 1 tablespoon Taco Seasoning. Bring to a simmer and cook for 10 minutes.
