1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
1 bell pepper, cut into bite-size pieces
1/2 red onion, cut into bite-size pieces
1 zucchini, cut into bite-size pieces
2 tablespoons Natural Grapeseed Oil
2 tablespoons Taco Seasoning
Add all ingredients to a bowl and toss to coat. Skewers ingredients onto metal skewers.
Heat grill or grill pan over medium heat. Clean and grease the grill grates.
Grill skewers for about 5 minutes on each side or until vegetables are tender and chicken is cooked through: 165°F.
