2 tablespoons Smoky Bacon Grapeseed Oil
1/2 cup Sweet & Smoky Glaze
Turn oven broiler on high.
Heat Smoky Bacon Grapeseed Oil in a cast iron skillet over medium-high heat. Add the salmon and cook for about 5 minutes or until golden brown.
Brush salmon with Sweet & Smoky Glaze. Transfer skillet to oven and broil for 2 minutes.
Remove from oven and brush again with Sweet & Smoky Glaze. Broil for another 2-3 minutes or until sauce caramelizes and salmon is cooked through: 140°F.
