6 (4 ounce) boneless skinless chicken breasts, pounded into 1/2 inch thickness
1 tablespoon Smoky Bacon Grapeseed Oil
1 apple, cut into matchsticks
Combine chicken breast, Memphis Dry Rub, and Smoky Bacon Grapeseed Oil.
Preheat grill over medium-high heat. Clean and grease the grill grates.
Grill chicken breasts for 5-7 minutes on each side, or until cooked through: 165°F. While chicken is cooking, baste frequently with Sweet & Smoky Glaze.
Meanwhile, combine coleslaw mix, apple, mayonnaise, and apple cider vinegar.
