1 pound lean ground beef
1 onion, diced
2 bell pepper, diced
3/4 cup rice
14.5 ounce can diced tomatoes
8 ounces tomato sauce
1 1/2 cups water
1 bag Lasagna Skillet Meal Seasoning
Heat a 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and onion; sauté until meat is browned.
Stir in bell pepper, rice, tomatoes, tomato sauce, water, and Lasagna Skillet Meal Seasoning.
Bring to a simmer. Reduce heat to low, cover, and cook until rice is tender and liquid is absorbed.
Remove pan from heat. Top with cheese and cover until melted. (Optional: place under broiler to brown cheese).
