2 carrot, grated
4 scallions, sliced
1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
1 lime, cut into wedges
Prepare pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
Whisk together sesame oil, soy sauce, and Sweet & Spicy Thai Chili Sauce. Add mixture to a 12-inch nonstick skillet. Heat over medium heat until simmering.
Stir in cooked pasta, bell pepper, and carrots. Cook until heated through.
