1 avocado, diced
1 cup red bell pepper, diced
Combine shrimp, red onion, celery, Seafood Seasoning, Panko, egg, and mayonnaise.
Form into 12 patties, using a 1/4 measuring cup.
Heat Natural Grapeseed Oil in a 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
Gently, place patties into the pan and cook for 5 minutes on each side or until cooked through: 165°F.
Combine corn, cilantro, avocado, red bell pepper, and lemon juice.
