1 pound yellow potatoes, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
1 1/2 pounds skinless salmon, cut into 1-inch pieces
1/2 yellow onion, diced
1/4 cup chives, chopped
Heat Natural Grapeseed Oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add potatoes and cook, stirring, for 5 minutes.
Add salmon, onion, corn, and Seafood Seasoning. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 5-7 minutes or until onions are translucent and salmon is slightly browned.
