Add steak tips and 1/2 cup Rosemary Garlic Dressing & Marinade to a freezer bag. Squeeze bag to combine ingredients. Freeze.
Thaw freezer bag contents completely before following the recipe.
Preheat oven to 475°F. Line a sheet pan with foil and grease.
Toss potatoes with Tuscany Bread Dipper Herb Blend and Rosemary Garlic Dressing and spread in a single layer on the prepared sheet pan. Roast for 10-15 minutes or until potatoes start to brown.
Toss baby carrots with Roasted Garlic Grapeseed Oil and Rancher Steak Rub. Flip potatoes and add baby carrots to the sheet pan. Roast for another 10-15 minutes until vegetables are tender.
Preheat grill over medium-high heat. Clean and grease the grill grates.
Grill steak tips for 5-10 minutes on each side or until cooked to desired doneness: 145°F for medium.
