Toss together onion, Roasted Garlic Grapeseed Oil, and remaining 1 teaspoon Rodeo Rub.
Cook onions on lined side of grill for about 10 minutes, turning often, or until tender. Grill burgers on unlined side of grill for 5-6 minutes per side or to desired doneness: 145°F for medium.
Serve burgers on buns topped with grilled onions and optional toppings such as lettuce and tomato.
