Rigatoni with Turkey Sausage & Broccoli

8 ounces dry rigatoni
3 cups broccoli florets
1 pound Italian turkey sausage
5 tablespoons Roasted Garlic Grapeseed Oil, divided
1 1/2 tablespoons Garlic Galore Seasoning
1 tablespoon warm water
1/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese
Prepare pasta according to package directions. Add broccoli during last 3 minutes of cooking. Drain and set aside.
Remove turkey sausage from casing and shape into small meatballs. Heat 2 tablespoons Roasted Garlic Grapeseed Oil in a 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add the turkey sausage meatballs and cook until golden brown and cooked through: 165°F.
Meanwhile, hydrate Garlic Galore Seasoning in 1 tablespoon warm water for 2 minutes. Add to skillet with cooked meatballs and remaining 3 tablespoons Roasted Garlic Grapeseed Oil; sauté for 30 seconds or until garlic is fragrant.
Add cooked pasta and broccoli; stir to combine all ingredients. Cook until heated through. Season with salt if desired.
Serve with parmesan cheese.
