1/2 yellow onion, diced
2 large carrots, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
3 tablespoons Chili Blend
1 (15.5 ounce) can cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
Heat Natural Grapeseed Oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add onion, carrots, garlic, ground turkey, and Chili Blend. Sauté until ground turkey is completely cooked through.
Stir in pumpkin, beans, and chicken broth. Simmer for 20 minutes.
Remove pan from heat. Stir in thyme and heavy cream. Season with salt if desired.
