1 1/2 cups cooked shredded pork
1 1/2 teaspoons Carne Asada Seasoning
1 tablespoon chopped cilantro
1/4 cup sour cream
Preheat oven to 400F. Combine all ingredients except the tortillas in a bowl until completely combined
Lay a tortilla down on a working surface; place about 2 tablespoons of the filling in a line about 1/3 of the way from the edge. Roll tightly, and place seam down on a lightly greased sheet pan. Repeat with remaining filling and tortillas.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, flipping once halfway through cooking, or until tortillas are golden brown.
