Preheat oven to 400°F. Grease a sheet pan.
Combine ground chicken, egg, breadcrumbs, 1 teaspoon Scampi Blend, and Basil Pesto Sauce. Shape into 12 meatballs and place on the sheet pan.
Toss broccoli and potatoes with Roasted Garlic Grapeseed Oil and remaining 1 tablespoon Scampi Blend. Transfer to sheet pan with meatballs.
Bake for 25 minutes or until vegetables are tender and meatballs are cooked through: 165°F.
