1 puff pastry sheet, thawed
6 teaspoons Hot Pepper Jelly
1 pear, thinly sliced
1/4 cup blue cheese crumbles
1 egg, beaten
1 tablespoon fresh rosemary chopped
Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
Cut puff pastry sheet into 6 rectangles and place on the parchment lined sheet pan.
Spread 1 teaspoon of Hot Pepper Jelly in the middle of each peice of puff pastry.
Top with slices of pear and blue cheese.
Brush edges of puff pastry with egg. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until puff pastry is cooked through and golden brown.
Finish tarts with fresh rosemary. Drizzle with additional Hot Pepper Jelly if desired.
