3 scallions, diced
2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
1/2 teaspoon Rancher Rub
1 1/2 cups Orange Sauce, divided
1 cup red cabbage, shredded
4 scallions, sliced
16 leaves Bibb lettuce
In a large mixing bowl combine the ground turkey, ground beef, eggs, carrot, scallion, cilantro, Rancher Rub, soy sauce, and flour. Shape into 1-inch meatballs (should make about 32 meatballs).
Sear the meatballs in a greased skillet over medium heat. Transfer to the slow cooker. Add 1 cup Orange Sauce and water; stir to combine. Cook the meatballs on low for 2-4 hours.
Remove meatballs from slow cooker and toss with remaining 1/2 cup Orange Sauce.
In a bowl, combine cabbage, carrots, and scallions.
