3 teaspoons peeled and minced ginger, divided
1 scallion, thinly sliced
4 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce, divided
2 teaspoons Garlic Galore Seasoning
Preheat oven to 400°F and grease a sheet pan. Thoroughly combine ground chicken, milk, panko, 2 teaspoons ginger, scallions, and 2 tablespoons soy sauce. Shape into 20 meatballs. Bake for about 15 minutes or until cooked through: 165°F.
Meanwhile, prepare sauce: add Orange Marmalade, Garlic Galore Seasoning Blend, sesame oil, Natural Grapeseed Oil, crushed red pepper flakes, remaining 1 teaspoon ginger, and remaining 2 tablespoons soy sauce to a small saucepan. Heat over medium heat until simmering.
Transfer cooked meatballs to the pan with sauce; toss to coat. Garnish with scallions and sesame seeds if desired.
