1 yellow onion, diced
1 tablespoon Garlic Galore Seasoning
1 tablespoon Italian Seasoning
2 cups chicken broth
1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
Heat Basil Pesto Grapeseed Oil in a large saucepan over medium heat.
Add onion and sauté for 5 minutes. Add crushed tomatoes, Garlic Galore Seasoning, Italian Seasoning, chicken broth, and fettuccine; bring to boil.
Reduce heat and simmer for 15-20 minutes or until pasta is tender; stir occasionally. Stir in shrimp and cook for about 3 minutes or until shrimp is pink and opaque. Stir in spinach and parmesan.
