Add onion and water to the bottom of a slow cooker.
Combine Roasted Garlic Grapeseed Oil, salt, pepper, Rodeo Rub, and minced garlic. Rub mixture all over the ribs.
Place ribs on top of the onion. Cover and on low for 6 hours or high for 4 hours.
Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a sheet pan with foil.
Transfer cooked ribs to the prepared sheet pan. Discard the onion. Brush ribs with Agave BBQ Sauce.
