Heat Roasted Garlic Grapeseed Oil in a large heavy bottom pot over medium-high heat.
Add diced onion, ground beef, and Rancher Rub, and cook for 5-8 minutes, or until ground beef is completely browned.
Add crushed tomatoes, water, and Italian Seasoning. Bring to a simmer before turning heat down to medium-low.
In batches, add chopped cabbage to the pot allowing it to cook down, about 5 minutes. Repeat this process until all the cabbage is cooked.
