Lasagna Skillet Meal
1 pound ground beef
1 cup water
2 cups elbows
1 (14.5 ounce) can tomato sauce
1 bag Lasagna Skillet Meal Seasoning
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Heat a 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium heat and saute ground meat until cooked through; drain and return to pan.
Stir in water, tomatoes, and the Lasagna Skillet Meal Seasoning. Add pasta and bring to a boil, stirring occasionally.
Once the sauce is boiling, reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer 11-13 minutes or until the pasta is tender, stirring occasionally.
Remove from heat, uncover, top with mozzarella cheese, and let sit for 2-3 minutes. The sauce will thicken as it cools.
