1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces
1/2 cup Agave BBQ Sauce
1/2 red onion, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 red bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 yellow bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 orange bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 tablespoon Memphis Dry Rub
Combine cut chicken and Agave BBQ Sauce in a bowl; marinate for 1 hour.
Preheat grill over medium-high heat. Clean and grease the grill grates.
Skewer chicken, pineapple, and vegetables alternately onto metal grilling skewers or wood skewers soaked in water to prevent burning.
Season skewers with Memphis Dry Rub. Grill for 5 to 7 minutes on each side or until lightly charred and chicken is cooked through: 165°F.
