2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut for skewers
1 red bell pepper, cut for skewers
1 yellow bell pepper, cut for skewers
1 red onion, cut for skewers
1/3 cup Asian Ginger Plum Dressing
1 tablespoon Garlic Galore Seasoning
Combine all ingredients and marinate for 30 minutes.
Preheat grill over medium-high heat. Clean and grease the grill grates. Skewer the meat and vegetables alternately onto skewers.
Grill for 5-7 minutes on each side or until lightly charred and cooked through: 165°F.
