2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut for skewers
1 red bell pepper, cut for skewers
1 yellow bell pepper, cut for skewers
1 red onion, cut for skewers
1/3 cup Asian Ginger Plum Dressing
1 tablespoon Garlic Galore Seasoning
Add all ingredients except mushrooms to a freezer bag and seal. Freeze.
Thaw freezer bag contents completely before following the recipe.
Add mushrooms to the bag and coat in the marinade.
