Greek Turkey Burgers
1pound ground turkey
1/2 cup baby spinach, chopped
1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
1/2 cup crumbled feta
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
4 teaspoons Garlic Galore Seasoning, divided
3/4 teaspoons Rancher Rub, divided
6 ounces greek yogurt
8 leaves Bibb lettuce
1/2 each red onion, sliced
5 hamburger buns
1 tablespoon chopped dill
In a bowl, combine ground turkey, spinach, sundried tomatoes, feta, Dijon mustard, 1 tablespoon Garlic Galore Seasoning, and 1/2 teaspoon Rancher Rub. Refrigerate mixture while you prepare the tzatziki sauce.
Half the cucumber and scrape out the seeds. Grate the cucumber halves.
Combine shredded cucumber with Greek yogurt, remaining 1 teaspoon Garlic Galore Seasoning, remaining 1/4 teaspoon Rancher Rub, and dill.
Shape ground turkey mixture into 5 patties (about 1/2 cup mixture per patty). Heat grill or grill pan over medium heat. Clean and grease the grill grates. Cook burgers for about 5 minutes on each side, or until completely cooked through: 165F.
Grill or toast buns if desired.
Serve burgers on buns with tzatziki sauce, lettuce, and sliced red onion.
