Greek Bean Burgers

2 (15.5 ounce) cans white beans, drained and rinsed
1/2 yellow onion, diced
1 carrot, shredded
1 egg, beaten
1/4 cup bread crumbs
1 1/2 tablespoons Lemon Rosemary Blend
3 tablespoons flour
2 tablespoons Roasted Garlic Grapeseed Oil
1/3 cup mayo
2 teaspoons Tzatziki Seasoning
6 hambuerger buns
Mash together beans, onion, carrot, egg, breadcrumbs, Lemon Rosemary Blend, and flour (or puree in a food processor). Shape mixture into 6 patties.
Heat Roasted Garlic Grapeseed Oil in a 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Cook bean burgers for 5-7 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and heated through.
Meanwhil, combine mayo and Tzatziki Seasoning.
Serve bean burgers on buns with prepared mayo and desired toppings.
