In a mixing bowl combine the turkey, refried beans, corn, Chipotle Lime Rub, 2 tablespoons Red Enchilada Sauce, and Panko bread crumbs. Shape into 5 patties.
Heat a grill or grill pan over medium heat. Cook the turkey burgers on both sides until cooked through: 165°F.
Top burgers with cheese and cover to melt.
Serve burgers on buns with remaining Red Enchilada Sauce and desired toppings.
