Egg Roll Bowl
2 cups instant brown rice
2 teaspoons sesame oil
1 pound ground pork
1 bag Asian Skillet Meal Seasoning
1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
1 1/2 cup matchstick carrots
1 (8 ounce) bag coleslaw mix
Optional toppings such as scallions, fried wontons, cilantro, sliced almonds
Prepare rice according to package directions. Cover to keep warm.
Meanwhile, heat sesame oil in a 10-inch skillet over medium heat. Add the ground pork and Asian Skillet Meal Seasoning and sauté until pork is completely browned.
Stir in soy sauce and rice vinegar.
Stir in carrots and coleslaw mix and sauté 2-3 minutes or until tender.
Serve over rice. Garnish with optional toppings such as scallions, wontons, cilantro, and sliced almonds.
