Cilantro Lime Tacos
2 pounds pork roast
2 tablespoons Cilantro Lime Seasoning
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1/2 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon lime juice
12 (6-inch) corn tortillas
4 radishes, thinly sliced
1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
Add pork loin, red wine vinegar, and Cilantro Lime Seasoning to a freezer bag and seal. Marinate for 1 hour.
Transfer freezer bag contents to a slow cooker and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 4 hours.
Shred the pork with forks or tongs.
In a blender or small food processor, pulse avocado, sour cream, and lime juice until smooth. Season with salt and pepper if desired.
Serve shredded pork on tortillas topped with avocado cream, red onion, and radishes.
