1 (15.5 ounce) can black beans, drained and rinsed
1 large egg, beaten
1/2 lime, juiced
1 tomato, sliced
Preheat oven to 425°F. Lightly grease a sheet pan. In a bowl, lightly mash the beans. Add Chipotle Lime Rub, red onion, bell pepper, and corn. Mix in the egg. Shape bean mixture into 4 burgers using about 1/2 cup bean mixture per burger (mixture will be wet).
Place on a lightly greased sheet pan and bake for 15 minutes or until completely cooked: 165°F.
