Add chicken, orange juice, honey, black pepper, Chipotle Lime Rub, and Garlic Galore Seasoning to a slow cooker. Toss to combine ingredients
Cook on low for 4 hours or high for 3 hours.
Toss pineapple, mango, red onion, avocado, cilantro, and Guacamole Seasoning together, refrigerate until serving.
Serve chicken with fruit salsa. Serve with grain of your choice or on tortilla as a taco.
