Heat Natural Grapeseed Oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add chicken and sear until browned on both sides.
Whisk together tomato sauce, chicken broth, and Taco Seasoning. Pour mixture over chicken in pan. Cover, reduce heat to low, and simmer for 20 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and tender.
Remove chicken from pan; shred or dice. Toss chicken with as little or as much sauce from pan as you'd like.
Add avocado, sour cream, cilantro, and lime juice to a small food processor. Blend until smooth.
