1 1/2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts, sliced
3 tablespoons Natural Grapeseed Oil, divided
1 red onion, sliced
2 bell peppers, sliced
Combine chicken, 2 tablespoons Natural Grapeseed Oil, and Fajita Seasoning in a small bowl. Marinate in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
Heat remaining 1 tablespoon Natural Grapeseed Oil in a 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add onion, peppers, and marinated chicken and sauté for about 10 minutes until vegetables are tender and chicken is cooked through: 165°F. Serve in tortillas if desired.
