1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 yellow onion, sliced
8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
1 pound shaved steak
1/2 teaspoon Rancher Rub
1/3 cup Kids Cheez Blend
6 mini sub rolls
Heat 1 tablespoon Roasted Garlic Grapeseed Oil in a 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add bell pepper, onion, and mushrooms. Cook for 7-10 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Transfer to a bowl.
Heat remaining 1 tablespoon Roasted Garlic Grapeseed Oil in the now empty skillet over medium-high heat. Add the shaved steak and saute until completely browned.
Return vegetables to skillet with steak. Season with Rancher Rub. Remove pan from heat.
Meanwhile, whisk together milk and Kids Cheez Blend in a small saucepan. Cook over medium heat for 2-3 minutes or until smooth and thickened.
Fill rolls with steak mixture. Top with Kids Cheez sauce.
