4 apples, diced
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 brown sugar, divided
2 tablespoons flour
2 tablespoons Chai Tea Mix, divided
3/8 teaspoon salt, divided
1 cup rolled oats
3/4 cup flour
8 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
Preheat oven to 375F.
In a bowl, toss together apples, sugar, 2 tablespoons light brown sugar, 2 tablespoons flour, 1 tablespoon Chai Tea Mix, and 1/4 teaspoon salt. Transfer to an 8x8-inch baking dish.
In the empty bowl combine rolled oat, remaining light brown sugar, remaining flour, remaining Chai Tea Mix, remaining salt, and melted butter.
Evenly spread the topping over the apples in the dish.
Bake for 30 minutes or until topping is golden brown and apples are tender.
