1/3 cup Rosemary Garlic Dressing
1/2 lemon, zested
2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
Preheat oven to 375°F. Stand cauliflower on its stem. Slice into 4 equal steaks.
Brush both sides of each steak with Rosemary Garlic Dressing and place on a sheet pan. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until knife tender. Broil until lightly charred.
In a bowl mix together the parsley, lemon zest, and parmesan. Sprinkle over the cauliflower steaks.
