1/2 cup rolled oats
1/4 cup ground flaxseed
3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon allspice
2 scoops Vanilla Balanced Meal Shake
1/3 cup almond butter
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup shredded coconut
1 cup shredded carrot
Combine rolled oats, ground flaxseed, cinnamon, salt, allspice, and Vanilla Balanced Meal Shake in a mixing bowl.
Add almond butter, maple syrup, shredded coconut, and shredded carrot to the dry ingredients and stir until completely combined. Refrigerate mixture for 20 minutes.
Shape mixture into 8 balls (about 2 1/2 tablespoons of the mixture per ball). Roll balls in extra coconut if desired.
