1 tablespoon Carne Asada Seasoning
1 1/2 teaspoons Rancher Rub
1 yellow onion, sliced
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 green bell pepper, sliced
1/2 teaspoon Rancher Rub
Add chicken breast, Carne Asada Seasoning, Smoky Bacon Grapeseed Oil, and 1/2 teaspoon Rancher Rub to a zip top bag and seal. Squeeze bag to combine ingredients. Marinate for 30 minutes.
Combine yellow onion, bell peppers, remaining 1 teaspoon Rancher Rub, and Smoky Bacon Grapeseed Oil.
Line half of grill with greased foil. Preheat grill over medium-high heat. Clean and grease the unlined grill grates.
Grill chicken on unlined side of grill for 5-7 minutes on each side, or until cooked through: 165°F.
Meanwhile, spread veggies onto foil-lined side of the grill. Grill for about 10 minutes, flipping occasionally, until tender.
Slice chicken and serve on tortillas with grilled onions and peppers.
