1 (14 ounce) loaf ciabatta
1/4 cup Roasted Garlic Grapeseed Oil
1 tomato, sliced
12 ounces fresh mozzarella cheese, sliced
Preheat broiler. Slice ciabatta loaf in half lengthwise. Place both halves on a sheet pan, cut side up.
Brush with Roasted Grapeseed Oil and broil in the oven until golden brown.
Spread 1/4 cup Basil Pesto Sauce on each half.
Layer the bottom half of the loaf with roasted red peppers, tomato, mozzarella, and arugula. Then top with second half of loaf.
