Buffalo Chicken Sloppy Joes

Heat Natural Grapeseed Oil in a 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add onion, carrot, and celery. Sauté for 3 minutes.
Add ground chicken and cook until completely cooked through.
Stir in tomato sauce and Buffalo Blend. Simmer for 2-3 minutes or until heated through.
Make blue cheese dressing by combining mayonnaise, sour cream, blue cheese, apple cider vinegar, and water. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve sloppy joe filling over buns, and top with blue cheese dressing.
