Buffalo Chicken Fingers

2 pounds chicken tenders
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons Roasted Garlic Grapeseed Oil
1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 1/2 tablespoons Buffalo Blend
1/4 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon Chipotle Ranch Blend
Add chicken tenders, salt, pepper, and Roasted Garlic Grapeseed Oil to a freezer bag and seal. Squeeze bag to combine ingredients. Freeze.
In a bowl, combine Panko breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, and Buffalo Blend.
In a second bowl, beat eggs.
Dip chicken tenders in beaten eggs, then coat in breadcrumb mixture.
Combine sour cream, mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, and Chipotle Ranch Blend.
Serve chicken tenders with Chipotle Ranch sauce.
