1 bag Beef Stew Seasoning
1 pound beef chuck stew meat
1/2 pound carrots, sliced
1/2 pound potatoes, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 cup frozen pearl onions
1 cup water
Combine all ingredients in a slow cooker. Cook on high for 4 hours or low for 6 hours. Remove lid and cook on high for 20-30 minutes until the sauce thickens.
