Beef Mushroom Barley Soup

Heat Natural Grapeseed Oil in a large saucepan over medium heat.
Toss the beef in flour until coated. Add beef to a saucepan and saute until golden brown.
Add carrots, celery, and mushrooms and saute for 5 minutes. Stir in tomato paste.
Add beef broth, water, Beef Stew Seasoning, and barley. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 35-45 minutes or until both beef and barley are tender; stir occasionally. Garnish with parsley if desired.
