4 ounces fresh mozzarella cheese, sliced
Mix the shredded chicken with the Basil Pesto Sauce and sun-dried tomatoes.
Preheat the broiler on low. Slice loaf of bread in half lengthwise and place cut-side up on a sheet pan.
Top bottom slice of bread with shredded chicken. Top the second half of bread with mozzarella. Broil both halves of bread until cheese is melted and bread is slightly toasted. Remove bread from oven and place the top half of the bread on the bottom half. Slice loaf into quarters.
