1 1/2 pounds chicken tenderloins (or breasts cut into strips)
1 pound broccoli florets
2 red bell peppers, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 tablespoon Cilantro Lime Seasoning
1/2 cup Orange Sauce
1 1/2 cups dry white rice, prepared according to package directions
Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a sheet pan with foil and grease.
Toss together chicken, broccoli, red bell peppers, Cilantro Lime Seasoning, and Orange Sauce.
Spread in an even layer on a sheet pan. Bake for 20 minutes or until vegetables are tender and chicken is cooked through: 165°F.
Serve chicken and vegetables over cooked rice.
