Asian Skillet Meal

1 tablespoon Natural Grapeseed Oil
1 pound boneless skinless chicken breast, diced
1 bag Asian Skillet Meal Seasoning
3 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
2 cups water
3/4 cup dry white rice
1/2 cup peas
Heat Natural Grapeseed Oil in a 10-inch nonstick skillet. Add the chicken breasts and cook until browned.
Stir in Asian Skillet Meal Seasoning, soy sauce, rice, and water.
Cover, bring to a boil, and reduce to a simmer. Cook for 10-15 minutes until the rice is completely cooked.
Uncover and stir in the peas. Serve immediately.
